Hi Mike,
I think that he may be interested in doing some benchmark soil collection in Nebraska. I think he may have already collected some samples from there already. I can give you his email address ages.kitchenn@gmail.com. His name is Newell Kitchen. I would just email him and ask if he is looking for some producers farms to sample in Nebraska. He said he is interested in collecting samples in every state.
